The objective is to activate designated office space with a business that enhances downtown mobility and provides services to residents and visitors. The successful operator must maintain a fleet where at least 80 percent of the vehicles are golf carts, though ancillary electric vehicles like scooters and bicycles are permitted. Requirements for the operator include maintaining comprehensive insurance, adhering to Florida cybersecurity and E-Verify statutes, and ensuring all vehicles are legally permitted for public road use. Motorized vehicles are strictly prohibited on the South Lake Trail, and the operator is responsible for keeping the premises in a clean and safe condition.
