Blood Gas Analyzer Lease Agreement


The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), Phoenix, Arizona, is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing a five-year lease agreement for a Blood Gas Analyzer.


The required analyzer must perform fully automated, on-demand testing and measurement of arterial, venous, and pleural pH, PCO2, PO2, SO2, tHb, FO2Hb, FCOHb, and FMetHb. The lease shall include the analyzer, data management software, installation, staff training, maintenance, warranty coverage, quality controls, reagents, supplies, and technical support necessary to support approximately 800 tests annually.
