Sources Sought - Polyalphaolefin (PAO) chillers and remote manifolds diagnosis and repair

This sources sought notice aims to identify capable small and other-than-small businesses to provide diagnosis and repair services for communication faults in Polyalphaolefin (PAO) chillers and remote manifolds located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The work requires troubleshooting root causes of system malfunctions and restoring full functionality to ensure operational readiness of mission-critical thermal control systems in Labs 263, 265, 185, and 266. The procurement will be executed as a Firm Fixed-Price contract under NAICS code 811310 and PSC J041, with all performance occurring on-site at Hill AFB.
