SP I-PASS Gift Card Printing and Packaging Services

The Illinois Tollway is entering into a four-year contract with a qualified vendor to manage the printing and packaging of single-use I-PASS gift cards. These cards, each valued at $20.00, will be distributed at Customer Service Centers and various retail outlets. The vendor's responsibilities include producing gift cards of specific dimensions using a two-color process, ensuring each card contains a PIN number protected by scratch-off material and features unique serial numbers in both printed and barcode formats. The cards will be packaged in boxes of 100, with the serial numbers clearly labeled, then organized into cases containing 48 boxes each. All cases must be securely shrink-wrapped to prevent tampering. The successful vendor is expected to deliver these gift cards within four weeks after receiving each order, with deliveries coordinated through the Illinois Tollway’s Central Administration building in Downers Grove, Illinois. Invoices for each batch will be processed through the Illinois Tollway's Accounts Payable department. The agreement outlines that the vendor must handle these tasks over the course of the contract's term, ensuring a steady supply of gift cards to meet distribution requirements at both service centers and retail locations. The contract further specifies that work will be conducted in adherence to the Illinois Tollway’s outlined standards and timelines to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
