PURPOSE


This Special Notice is issued to provide awareness of the release of a Request for Solutions (RFS) for an other transaction project in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 4022.  The RFS titled Space, Prototype, Electronic Warfare, Cyber, and Telemetry Research Endeavor (SPECTRE) has been issued as part of the Maritime Advanced Technology Consortium (MATAC) managed by Advanced Technology International (ATI) and administered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division. Vendors interested in responding to this RFS must be members of MATAC. Interested parties may visit MATAC.org for membership information.  


PROJECT OVERVIEW


NSWC PHD desires to establish a prototype project to develop, integrate, and validate proof-of-concept systems across a broad spectrum of critical technology domains. This effort will deliver initial working models and testbeds for advanced cyber security and electronic warfare solutions, high-fidelity modeling and simulation, and the end-to-end design of space-flight components.
