Special Operations Forces - Training, Testing, and Transition Services (SOF-T Serve)

The U.S. Army is soliciting commercial solutions under the Special Operations Forces - Training, Testing, and Transition Services (SOF-T Serve) initiative to rapidly procure innovative capabilities that enhance the readiness and lethality of Special Operations Forces. This effort, issued under Army Open Solicitation W9128Z-25-S-A002 and governed by DFARS 212.70, aims to establish multiple single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts through a streamlined, competition-based process designed to mirror the speed of the commercial market. The call for solutions targets three key capability areas: comprehensive personnel training and readiness including curriculum development and live/virtual/constructive simulations; mission technique and technology testing involving technology readiness assessments and market surveys; and rapid prototyping and transition services for commercial-off-the-shelf items to be modified and integrated into SOF operations with open-systems architecture.
