Solicitation # 70SBUR27I00000002
The Department of Homeland Security, through United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), has issued Request for Information (RFI) 70SBUR27I00000002 for the Enterprise Customer Experience 2 (ECX2) project. This is a recompete of contract 70SBUR22F00000252 and seeks to identify qualified vendors capable of designing, developing, and integrating a complete replacement enterprise contact center platform. Key technical requirements include an omnichannel interface integrating voice, IP-TTY, web chats, email, SMS, and social media, as well as AI-enhanced IVR, intelligent virtual assistant chatbots, and Section 508-compliant dashboards.
