The Conservation & Protection (C&P) branch is an expanding organization that requires the assistance of Staffing Consultants to develop and implement staffing and resourcing strategies, manage recruitment processes, including candidate assessments, interviews, and job offers, advise on merit criteria, assessment tools, and staffing policies, and monitor staffing processes ensuring compliance with organizational policies. By hiring, staffing, and managing qualified resources, C&P will be able to ensure its HR processes support the constantly changing operational environment and improve its capacity and effectiveness in enforcing fisheries regulations and promoting sustainable aquatic resource use. As such, C&P has a requirement for up to five (5) Staffing Consultants to preform services across C&P on an as and when required basis.
