Strategic Transformation Delivery

The Strategic Transformation Delivery solicitation, issued by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat under solicitation number 24062-27-001-001, seeks qualified suppliers to provide IT professional services in support of existing and upcoming IM/IT projects within the National Capital Region. Beyond these gates, points are awarded under four corporate requirements: CR1 for holding more than three qualifying contracts, CR2 for prior engagements with Canadian federal departments or Crown corporations, CR3 for demonstrating 2,001 or more billable days under the Business Transformation Architect role—or an equivalent role with at least 80% alignment to the Statement of Work—and CR4 for maintaining 24 or more concurrent resources across up to seven contracts within a 12-month span.
