The requirement is for a single item—Strippit Punch Tooling FY26—specifically engineered for turret stations A, B, and C of a Strippit Punch Press, with detailed specifications including the use of Ultima Premium Punch Steel, Slug Hugger-2 dies, and specific clearance tolerances ranging from .0060” to .0120” for round, square, hex, and custom-shaped tools, including forms for aluminum materials of .063”, .090”, and .125” thickness. The tooling must conform to MIL-STD-130 and MIL-STD-129 for marking and labeling, with unique item identifiers in two-dimensional data matrix symbology per ISO/IEC 16022, and all deliverables are to be shipped FOB Destination to Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, with a required delivery date of September 25, 2026. Evaluation will be based on a balanced assessment of technical acceptability, past performance, and price, with technical capability and past performance collectively accounting for 50% of the evaluation weight and price constituting the remaining 50%. Technical acceptability is assessed through two equally weighted subfactors: quality assurance and pedigree, requiring full traceability to the Original Component Manufacturer and robust counterfeit rejection procedures, and supply chain resilience, evaluated by delivery infrastructure, contingency planning, and surge capacity. Past performance will be assessed under RFO 42.1102 for probability of mission success, and price evaluation includes the sum of the base requirement and all options. All offers must be submitted via email to aniyah.jackson@us.af.mil and thomas.jobe@us.af.mil by 1:00 PM EDT on July 6, 2026, with questions due no later than July 1, 2026.
