SOURCES SOUGHT:
This is NOT a solicitation for a proposal, proposal abstract, or quote. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding qualified business sources. The responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.
It has not been determined what type of set-a-side will be used; however the Government plans to issue a Fixed Firm-Price contract using the NAICS code 722310 (Food Service Contractors) with a size standard of $47,000,000.00.
REQUIREMENT:
- Purpose and Objective: The 1032d Transportation Company requires subsistence (rations) support for assigned personnel while conducting AMC mission at Crane Depot, Indiana for two (2) weeks in June 2026.
- Project requirement: Meals will be for breakfast and for dinner. This support is required to sustain personnel and ensure mission readiness throughout the duration of operations.
- Breakfast 80 each day
- Dinner 80 each day

- 1 Page Capability Statement with Company name, address, phone number, DUNS number and point of contact (name, phone and e-mail).
- Capability Statement must be in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or Adobe PDF format and the e entire document shall not to exceed 5 pages in length to include all attachments, charts, etc.
- Capability Statement must include but is not limited to (a) staff expertise, work experience, formal and other training; (b) current in-house capability and capacity to perform the work; (c) prior completed projects of similar nature; (d) examples of prior completed Government contracts, references, no more than 24 months old with contract number and other related information.
