MCDPH is seeking to partner with an organization to prevent suicide among a high-risk population. It is our intent to select one Contractor to carry out the specified scope of work during a performance period of 08/12/2024 - 12/31/2025 with a budget that does not exceed $200,000. To achieve this goal, MCDPH is building the request for proposal from the evidence-based, promising practice of the Caring Contacts Program[1] with the ability for applicants to alter their delivery according to the needs of the population as appropriate. BID SUBMISSION: Vendor Bids must be submitted through PeriscopeS2G only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids.
