NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE.  THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract set forth in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a), Restricting competition.


The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 12 (NCO-12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price to Sun Nuclear Corporation: 3275 Suntree Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32940 USA.IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation/Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 12.102. This is for procurement of the Sun Nuclear Software License Subscription Upgrade for the Pharmacy Benefit Mgmt. Department located at Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital: 5000 South 5th Ave Hines, IL 60141-3030.
