Support for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)

Prince William County is soliciting professional services and staff augmentation to support its Department of Information Technology (DoIT) Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS), specifically focusing on EMC Documentum and EMC Captiva Intelligent Capture solutions. The scope of work includes three service areas requiring weekly status reports and strict response times, with critical problems addressed within one hour and routine requests within 24 hours.
