Sweeper and Scrubber Preventative Maintenance

Six sweepers and one scrubber, all manufactured by Tennant and located in various buildings aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, are subject to a preventative maintenance contract under solicitation M0068126Q0006. These machines, which have been in continuous service since acquisition, are used exclusively within warehouses and require quarterly maintenance totaling 28 service visits per year across all seven units. The contract operates under a Firm Fixed Price structure and includes provisions for up to three diagnostic trips per year, authorized by the Technical Point of Contact, as well as over-and-above repairs that require written authorization from the Contracting Officer. The contract has a maximum duration of seven years, including eligible extensions, with the Government permitted to extend the term by 60 days’ notice after providing preliminary intent notification. All services must be documented via service tickets and comply with manufacturer guidelines to ensure equipment longevity and operational readiness. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5 and requires offerors to be registered in SAM with an active UEI and CAGE code, and to submit a complete technical proposal and pricing volume in separate formats, with pricing provided in Excel files showing visible cell functions. Offerors must demonstrate technical capability, past performance, and fair and reasonable pricing to be considered for award, with the Government selecting the most advantageous offer based on these factors.
