T--The African American Experience

The National Park Service, Southeast Region East Major Acquisition Buying Office plans to award a contract to RUSSELL/BRSNHN/HFFNER Multimedia (RBH) to produce a series of four thematic web-based videos, each lasting 4-5 minutes. These interpretive videos aim to engage younger audiences by highlighting the struggles and achievements of African-Americans who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Utilizing contemporary digital filmmaking, motion graphics, and audio techniques, the videos are designed to present history in a compelling and modern format. RBH has already completed the initial phase of the project, and this contract represents a sole source small business set-aside under NAICS code 512110, which pertains to motion picture and video production. This Notice of Intent clarifies that it is not a request for proposals and no solicitation document will be issued. The acquisition is managed by the Department of the Interior’s Dsc Contracting Services Division, located in Denver, Colorado. The effort emphasizes the importance of continuing the project with the selected small business to maintain continuity and leverage their existing work.
