Tahoe Keys Marina Redevelopment Project

The Tahoe Keys Marina Redevelopment Project, managed by the City of South Lake Tahoe under solicitation number 2026040227, involves the comprehensive revitalization of the marina facilities located at 2435 Venice Drive, South Lake Tahoe, California. Proposed by Tahoe Keys SMI, LLC, the project scope includes the demolition of three existing marina buildings, ancillary structures, parking lots, and utilities. In their place, the redevelopment will feature new buildings, parking lots, and upgraded water connections to mains on Venice Drive East and Tahoe Keys Boulevard.
