Tank Rehabilitation Project: Broderson One Tank Roof Replacement and Rehabilitation, Juniper Tank, Lower Las Brisas Two Tank, Lower Landmark One Tank, Continued

The Eastern Municipal Water District is undertaking a Tank Rehabilitation Project to address deteriorated coatings and corroded structural members across five key assets in Riverside County. The project focuses on the Broderson One, Juniper, Lower Las Brisas Two, Lower Landmark One, and Mills tanks. The primary objective is to extend the service life of these assets and ensure reliable water service for district ratepayers without increasing the overall capacity of the tanks. The scope of work includes the design and replacement of the Broderson One Tank roof, along with the installation of new roof vents and perimeter safety railings. Additionally, the project involves replacing cathodic protection systems and repairing or replacing corroded structural members for the Juniper, Lower Las Brisas Two, Lower Landmark One, and Mills tanks. Performance will take place at multiple locations across the district's service area, specifically in the cities of Homeland, Moreno Valley, Murrieta, and Riverside. The project is categorized as a repair and maintenance effort and is exempt under section 15301(a).
