This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Contracting Division, 6565 Surveillance Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD 21005 has a requirement to procure non-personal US based technical support of the ATC Spectrum Monitoring System software and firmware with access to the ATC RF LSN to support troubleshooting and render other assistance as required, in support of Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. CLIN 0001 - Technical Support - ATC Spectrum Monitoring System Software and Firmware Technical Support for Base Year CLIN 0002 - Technical Support - ATC Spectrum Monitoring System Software and Firmware Technical Support Optional Year 1 CLIN 0003 - Technical Support - ATC Spectrum Monitoring System Software and Firmware Technical Support Optional Year 2 The Government intends to award a firm-fixed priced sole source purchase order to CRFS Inc. 4230-D Lafayette Center Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151. ATC requests the purchase of the above. See attached justification for more details. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811212 and the Business Size Standard is $27.5M. All response received within 10 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10:00 AM EST, August 30, 2018. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
