Testing, Inspection and Maintenance of Emergency Generators - Central Experimental Farm (Ottawa)
Tenders for the project indicated above, will be accepted at the following address, up to the tender closing date and time indicated below: aafc.escprocurement-cseapprovisionnement.aac@agr.gc.ca
Scope of Work:
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada requires the services for the monthly, semi-annual, annual and five
year inspections, testing and maintenance of its generators. AAFC (Central Experimental Farm) has
thirteen (13) emergency power generators to be serviced and are all located on the Farm’s property.
Optional Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have
been made for the site visit to be held at the Central Experimental Farm located at 960 Carling Avenue,
Ottawa, K1A 0C6 on September 4th , 2024. The site visit will begin at 10 AM local time.
Note : You will be met at he front entrance.
Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

AAFC reserves the right to accept any Proposal in whole or in part, without prior negotiation and reject any or all Proposals received.
