All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by December 19, 2022 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Title: THE CANADIAN ALCOHOL AND DRUGS SURVEY (CADS) The Office of Drug Research and Surveillance (ODRS), with the Health Canada’s Controlled Substances Directorate, requires the services of a Contractor to conduct a national survey on alcohol and drug use of , a minumum of 36,000 persons 15 years of age and older, who are living in Canada. The duration of the contract is estimated to be up to March 31, 2024 with the possibility of an extension of two (2) additional options periods under the same terms and conditions.
