The Proponent will work with the Cultural Services Division to develop and implement research and/or surveyprojects, including both qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and reporting of results.The Cultural Services Division will define specific survey and analysis projects and work with the Proponent to design projects that address the objectives of the Community Needs Assessment & AnalysisThe Community Needs Assessment and Analysis will involve research related to community use of the Division's 25 library branches, as well as the Oil Museum of Canada National Historic Site, Lambton Heritage Museum, Lambton County Archives, Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery, and Sarnia Library Theatre
