The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) is soliciting a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price and Time and Materials task order to provide software, services, and cloud hosting infrastructure for the Decision and Analytics Platform (DNA-P). This platform serves as a data visualization and analytics tool that integrates various data sources to provide insights into the health of NNSA and Department of Energy programs, specifically hosting the SAFER, PULSE, and VAPER user interfaces. The scope of work includes cloud and software license transitions, ongoing operations and maintenance, API development, and data lineage tracking. The period of performance begins with a transition phase on January 31, 2027, and extends through January 30, 2032, across a base period and multiple option periods. Phase 1 focuses on a pass/fail security accreditation (requiring FedRAMP Moderate+ and NIST 800-53 Rev 5 compliance) and a live technical challenge demonstration. Phase 2 evaluates the written technical transition solution and pricing.
