Health Shared Services Provincial Health Corporation - Request for Proposal - Co-Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC)

HSS is establishing a centralized Security Operations Centre (SOC) to enhance the consistency, coordination, and effectiveness of cybersecurity monitoring and response activities across the organization. To support the ongoing maturation and operationalization of the SOC, HSS is seeking a co-managed service model. The Proponent will work collaboratively with the HSS SOC team using HSS tools, processes, workflows, and escalation procedures to support 24x7x365 operations, providing specialized expertise, and enhancing capabilities in governance, threat monitoring, detection engineering, threat intelligence, threat hunting, and incident response. The Proponent will also contribute to monitoring and response activities, mentoring, coaching, and quality assurance in support of HSS SOC operations.
