The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Third Party Workers' Compensation Claims Administration and Workers' Compensation Medical Cost Containment Services  
The period of performance is from March 1st, 2026 through February 28th, 2027. Pricing must remain firm for the entire period. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP. This agreement also includes the option to extend this agreement for five (5) additional years in one-year increments. Cost/price during the option years will be agreed upon between the awarded vendor and Fort Worth ISD.
