The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-65300-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Paul Thompson. The project is limited to the demolition and removal of an existing 104-foot-long private residential concrete and rock crib, and the construction of new open piled pier that is 119-feet-long and 10-feet-wide, with a 16-foot-wide pier head with 3-footwide swim stairs. Project activities include the removal of the existing concrete, pier debris, and mooring buoy anchor block, and the driving of twenty-two (22) new 10.75” pilings.
