The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis
to Installation Services, LLC.,427 Borden Avenue, Sycamore, IL 601, to provide tower infrastructure
subject matter expert (SME) solutions. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive
quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The Class Justification for Other than Full
and Open Competition form is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through
FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 237130 and the requirement is not
a total small business set-aside. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to
competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
