The Industrial Sectors and Chemicals Directorate (ISCD) of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) prepare a range of official documentation including one major report each year until 2030, to communicate progress on key environmental and climate change initiatives. These documentations may include but not limited to major reports, technical papers, analytical summaries, sectoral updates, briefing materials, and formal submissions to national or international bodies. All documents will be developed in alignment with the relevant federal and international commitments. The contract period is from the contract date up to and including March 31, 2029, as well as an option to extend for up to 2 additional 1-year periods. Canada will consider awarding the contract to the bid with the highest combined score in terms of technical merit and price. A proportion of 60% will be given to technical merit and a proportion of 40% will be given to the price. There are no security requirements associated with this solicitation.
