Travel Alberta is seeking to pre-qualify vendors experienced in delivering comprehensive event management and planning services for a variety of event types, ranging from small meetings to large conferences and partner events. Vendors must demonstrate their capability to manage end-to-end event logistics and organization to be evaluated for inclusion on the prequalified list. Those meeting the criteria will be required to enter into a Master Services Agreement with Travel Alberta, which governs the contractual relationship and includes adherence to a Vendor and Partner Code of Conduct. Agreement to these terms is mandatory, and failure to comply may lead to disqualification. Pre-qualified vendors will be eligible to receive Statements of Work throughout a three-year term, with the possibility of a three-year renewal, although there is no guaranteed volume of work, as services will be requested on an as-needed basis. Travel Alberta retains the right to engage other vendors outside this agreement if additional services are required, and may also terminate contracts with 30 days’ notice. Opportunities to join the prequalified list will not be reposted until existing contracts and renewals conclude. The solicitation was posted in June 2026, with submissions due by the end of that month, and is managed by the federal agency responsible for operations within Alberta.

Full Description

The purpose of this Pre-Qualification Request (PQR) is to identify and pre-qualify qualified vendors with demonstrated experience in providing end-to-end event management and planning services (please refer to the attached PQR document). These services support the organization and delivery of small to large scale group events including meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, conferences, marketplaces and partner events. Individuals and organizations who have satisfied the established requirements will be evaluated and those who Travel Alberta believe to be most qualified may be placed on the prequalified list (pending contracting). Successfully pre-qualified Vendors will be required to enter into a Master Services Agreement (MSA) in advance of anticipated work with Travel Alberta (MSA sample is attached in Bonfire). Inability to agree to the MSA Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification. In addition, all Vendors are required to adhere to the Vendor and Partner Code of Conduct (attached in Bonfire system). Pre-Qualified Vendors may be eligible to fulfill SOW requests from effective date of the Master Services Agreement for a term of 3 years with the option to renew for up to an additional 3 years. Pre-Qualified Vendors selected as a result of this PQR process are not guaranteed any specified volume of work and requests would be on an “as required basis”. Travel Alberta reserves the right to contract additional third-party vendors outside of this PQR agreement should they determine additional requirements are needed. Any contracts may also be terminated with 30 days’ notice to the Vendor. There will be no other posted opportunities to be placed on the PQR list until the contract termination date of the contract and renewals.

Specialized maintenance, storage, and logistics services to support the Trade Show BoothThe Air Force Test Center Operational Contracting Division at Eglin AFB plans to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract to T.S. AND E. TRADE SHOW AND EXHIBIT LOGISTICS INC to provide specialized maintenance, climate-controlled storage, and turnkey logistics services for a government-owned trade show booth. The contract is justified as sole source due to the company's proprietary tooling and custom jigs necessary for maintaining the custom-fabricated booth, with relocation risks including voided warranties and duplicated government costs. This procurement is conducted under the authority of 41 USC 1901 and follows the revised FAR Part 12 guidelines effective February 2026. The anticipated award date is June 25, 2026, with a NAICS code of 561920 covering Convention and Trade Show Organizers, and it is set aside as a total small business opportunity. The contract duration includes a base period from June 1, 2026, to May 30, 2027, with multiple line items for storage and logistics services supporting fall and spring Air Force Association events. Following the base period, there are four option years, each structured similarly with storage and turnkey logistics service tasks spanning from June 1 through May 30 of the following year, concluding in 2031. The Government emphasizes that this notice is not a request for proposals but invites written responses by June 19, 2026, to assist in deciding whether to proceed competitively. Questions and responses are to be submitted in writing to designated contract officials, and all information provided will be used solely to evaluate vendor capability without obligation.
