This requirement is for Canadian Energy Regulator (CER).
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under “Tier 1” and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following category: Stream 3 Project Management Services - 3.10 Technical Writer - Level 3.
The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:
The Canadian Energy Regulator (CER) requires the services of one (1) Senior Technical Writer on an as and when required basis.
Level of Security Requirement:
Please see RFP.
Proposed period of contract:
The period of the Contract is for one (1) year from date of Contract.
The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one-year periods under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.
