The U.S. Government is seeking retail office space for the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines in Provo, UT.
The Government requires a full-service lease for:
- A minimum of 5000 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 5400 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center
- Lease term less than five (5) years with Government termination rights
- Located within a defined delineated area in Provo, UT N: E 800 S/W 3700 N, S: W 820 N/W 800 N, E: Highway 189, W: Interstate 15.
- Designated on-site parking for up to sixteen (16) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis
