Solicitation # ITN2026-105
The University of Florida Office of Real Estate has issued Invitation to Negotiate ITN2026-105 to secure a leased facility for the College of Nursing, with a desired occupancy date by the fourth quarter of 2026. The university requires between 20,000 and 25,000 contiguous rentable square feet, preferably within Alachua County. Solicitation # 36C24W26R0017
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through RPO West, is soliciting proposals for the lease of a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Twin Falls, Idaho. This SDVOSB set-aside procurement seeks approximately 15,000 to 20,250 rentable square feet of contiguous space for a 20-year lease term, consisting of a 10-year firm period.
