This solution must provide a unified, enterprise-level ITSM/ESM platform that can manage a range of needs, from incident management to project management, and offer multi-tenant instances for our cost-recovery clients. To be considered, a successful vendor system must be auditable, have a workflow, integrations, and automations to support the breadth of technology used across the University of Georgia.
