Project Description The proposed Creswell Hall project mirrors the scope of the Brumby Hall and Russell Hall renovations by including reconfigured living and program spaces, collaborative community spaces, exterior envelope maintenance and improvements (including new windows, sealants, and curtainwall refurbishment), ADA improvements, complete replacement of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (including new fan coil units and connection to District Energy Plant 1), stairwell pressurization, and elevator upgrades (including stretcher elevator). The proposed Creswell Hall renovation project will offer a variety of common area spaces, from large meeting rooms to more private meeting/study spaces, smaller kitchenettes on all floors, and community bathrooms with enhanced privacy features.
