Replace Stations B-18, B-26 and primary feeders with new. Stations located inside Shipyard CIA. Scope Of Work (SOW): 1. Replace deteriorated and asbestos Indoor Station B-18 (Primary Switchgear, 11.5KV transformer and Secondary Switchboard) with new Outdoor Station. 2. Replace deteriorated Outdoor Station B-26 (Primary Switchgear, two 11.5KV transformers and two Secondary Main Breakers) with new Outdoor Station. 3. Replace existing Primary Circuits M3 and M4 cables between Station "M" to new Stations 4. Provide 5" underground ducts for new Primary Circuits M3 and M4. 5. Provide 5" Spare underground ducts (estimate 2 x 3 duct bank) 6. Remove abandon cables 7. Provide minimum twenty new Electrical Manholes
