The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) has established a purchasing relationship with Sourcewell, based in Staples Minnesota, through the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada. The relationship is intended to provide access to selected Sourcewell openly competed for contracts, to Canoe Procurement Group of Canada's represented associations, which include SARM and its members, rural and urban local governmental organizations located in all provinces and territories in Canada.
