The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Riverside Sheriff’s Office, is soliciting quotations for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Maintenance and Services as stated in Exhibit A, to be performed at multiple County facilities across Riverside County as outlined in Section 13.0, Maintenance and Service Sites. Several of these locations are secure or restricted facilities that require background checks and strict compliance with federal, tribal, and land-management access guidelines. The selected contractor will perform scheduled quarterly and annual preventative maintenance, supply all required labor, tools, materials, and equipment, and provide repair services on an as-needed basis. Services must be performed in accordance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and security standards, with coordination from County staff at multiple designated service locations. 1.
