UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY MAINTENANCE & SERVICES

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations under solicitation SHARC-00654 for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) maintenance and services to support the Riverside Sheriff’s Office. The selected contractor will provide all labor, tools, and materials for scheduled quarterly and annual preventative maintenance, as well as as-needed repair services across multiple facilities in Blythe, Indio, Riverside, and Palm Desert. Due to the critical nature of public safety communications, the County maintains priority for all necessary equipment and technicians. The contract is for an initial one-year term with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods, extending the potential period of performance through December 31, 2031. The award will be based on the most advantageous offer to the County, and while the lowest bid is considered, the County is not legally bound to accept it.
