The objectives of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the resulting contract is to provide a vehicle through which the Contractor shall furnish the necessary services, qualified personnel, and technical expertise for The DLA Logistics Information Service, currently utilizes UNIQUE's CAIRS, UCALL, Call collection components within UNIQUE's software design to provide software support of Telephony operations. CAIRS.NET is an upgrade of the collection of UNIQUE's software packages. To sustain this level of operational availability and readiness, these components installed must be kept up to date and have a mechanism in place to quickly update components, in a timely manner, minimizing impact to DLA Logistic Information Service telephony's mission. Prospective contractors not possessing this authorization agree to be excluded from consideration for bid. The contractor will be working directly with DLA LOGISTICS INFORMATION SERVICE System Administrators (SAs), Information Assurance (IA), and the Telephony Program Management Office (TPMO); which may require coordination during non-duty hours.
