AMENDMENT of W91247-26-R-A010, All Q&A's are reflected in the Solication documents, please see attached amended Solicication and attachements and TE's. 


The Mission and Installation Command – Fort Bragg (MICC-FB) plans to issue a solicitation for DEERS Support Services for the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). This requirement will support Identification Card Offices (ICOs) in thirty-three (33) different locations, CONUS and OCONUS. The main responsibility of these Common Access Card (CAC) offices is to provide the Army Reserve with personnel for the issuance of Department of Defense (DoD) identification (ID) cards to include the Common Access Card (CAC), to all eligible recipients, updating, and verifying eligibility for input into DEERS across 33 locations, CONUS and OCONUS. 


Solicitation will close on 12 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m EST.


This action will be a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must represent in good faith that it is a small business vendor in accordance with FAR 19.301. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is 06 August 2026 through 05 July 2027 with two (2) One (1) year options and a  thirty (30) day phase-in beginning on 06 July 2026. 


No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this solicitation.
