This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, as documented in the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) Control Number 25-15, dated 14 Jan 2026.  The U.S. Army, through the 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office - Hawaii, awarded a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Motorola Solutions Inc. (CAGE: 78205), located at 7031 Columbia Gateway Drive, Linthicum Heights, MD 21046.  Description of Requirements: The purpose of this requirement is to provide sustainment service for the IP2 LMR ASTRO 25 – 7.17.3v system across Hawaii, mainland Japan, Okinawa and Republic of Korea.  Services include but not limited to system administration, preventative maintenance, and maintenance and repair.
