CBP's United States Border Patrol (USBP) Strategic Planning and Analysis Directorate (SPAD) as a requirement for a contractor to provide general support services (GSS) to the divisions and leadership of SPAD. The purpose of this contract is to augment the administrative capabilities of SPAD by supplying contracted staff to perform a variety of routine administrative, operational, logistical, and business support tasks under the direction of Government leadership. These services are intended to enhance organizational efficiency and enable federal staff to focus on mission-critical activities. Contractor personnel will assist with document preparation and management, scheduling, data processing and reporting, inventory tracking, HR support, SharePoint maintenance, executive assistance, and general analytical support. The contractor shall supply junior to mid-level support personnel to perform general support functions within SPAD, under a Firm Fixed Price contract. These roles are not Subject Matter Experts (SME). Resources shall float within SPAD. Resources will be initially assigned to specific branches or projects. However, based on operational requirements, these resources may be reassigned to other branches, projects/programs, divisions, or across the directorates as needed to support shifting priorities. Contractor shall provide comprehensive administrative support services to the SPAD mission, including office operations and logistics, document and data management, meeting and executive support, SharePoint administration, routine programmatic and analytical tasks, and human resources activities. Contractor personnel are expected to work collaboratively with government staff in a law enforcement environment, follow established DHS/CBP/USBP procedures, and adapt to evolving requirements as directed by SPAD leadership.
