This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z028-26-Q-BMBAIRCOMPRESSOR. This requirement is for a firm fixed price services contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13.

Scope of Work:
The Contractor shall perform two (2) preventive maintenance service visits annually for each piece of equipment consisting of one (1) Minor Preventive Maintenance Service and one (1) Major Preventive Maintenance Service.
When submitting your proposal, request a price breakdown of the following:
- Two preventative maintenance service visits annually for each piece: One Minor Service and One Major Service.
- Emergency call pricing: please note if emergency call is included in pricing. If not, please provide pricing.
Pricing for each year:
- Base Year: 17 August 2026 – 16 August 2027
