This combined synopsis/solicitation for services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z028-26-Q-BMBAIRCOMPRESSOR. This requirement is for a firm fixed price services contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13.

Scope of Work:
The Contractor shall perform two (2) preventive maintenance service visits annually for each piece of equipment consisting of one (1) Minor Preventive Maintenance Service and one (1) Major Preventive Maintenance Service.
When submitting your proposal, request a price breakdown of the following:
- Two preventative maintenance service visits annually for each piece: One Minor Service and One Major Service.
- Emergency call pricing: please note if emergency call is included in pricing. If not, please provide pricing.
Pricing for each year:
- Base Year: 17 August 2026 – 16 August 2027
- Option Year 1: 17 August 2027 – 16 August 2028
- Option Year 2: 17 August 2028 – 16 August 2029
3. Vendor UEI and Cage Number
Contract will be awarded to the vendor who can perform the work outlined in the provided Statement of work in the time frame needed by unit.
Anticipated award date: 05 business days after close of solicitation. Quotes are to be received no later than close 0800 11 August 2026.

Telephone requests of quotes will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in Sam.Gov
Period of Performance: Performance of work is expected to commence within 5 days after the award.
Site visit: It is highly recommended and encouraged that a site visit is performed at the Unit to verify the requirements within the PWS and speak with the unit POC for this maintenance service.

Evaluation Criteria:
1. Technical Acceptability: Meeting or exceeding all requirements in the SOW
2. Price: Lowest overall price for the 12-month period of performance.
Invoicing & Billing
Invoicing must be submitted monthly in arrears via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) (https://www.ipp.gov). The contractor shall not exceed the monthly fixed-price invoicing amount without prior written authorization from the Contracting Officer.
