The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, LRE - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding SOLE SOURCE procurement to IMO Industries Inc. the following supplies(s): 1. NSN 4320-01-429-7798, Pump, Rotary; Fuel-SVC, P/N G3DVSX-218 Qty. 5 IMO Industries Inc. is the original manufacturer of the referenced items and maintains the proprietary rights which make them the sole source. The OEM has limited the availability of propriety information. Required Delivery Date: March 15, 2016 Vendor will provide all labor and parts listed in the Schedule. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 AM PST 14 Dec 2015 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within seven days after date of this publication/synopsis will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
