This is a combined synopsis/solicitation HSCG85-13-Q-P45U54 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested and incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. This is a Total Business set-aside procurement. Only certified 100% small business contractors may submit a proposal. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 336611 with a size standard of less than 1,000 employees. The United States Coast Guard, SFLC-CPD C&P2-IBCT PL, proposes to contract the unplanned dockside repairs of USCGC SYCAMORE (WLB-209), in home moorage of Cordova, AK. All work shall be at the Cutters moorage during the period of 23 August 2013 through 20 September 2013.
