Use Permit Amendment 07-13 and Rezone 23-05: Calvary Christian Church

The project proposes an amended use permit and rezoning for a 12-acre site at the southeast corner of State Route 20 and El Margarita Road in Yuba City, California, to accommodate the construction of a new Calvary Christian Center and a private K-8 school. Phase 1 involves a single 53,480 square foot building housing a church, a large lobby, a nursery and preschool for up to 53 children, and administrative offices, along with an outdoor pavilion, two outbuildings, and 465 fully improved parking spaces. Phase 2 adds a separate 23,105 square foot structure to serve as a private K-8 school with capacity for up to 270 students.
