The Ridge Estates Subdivision

The Ridge Estates Subdivision project, identified by solicitation number 25-01, involves the subdivision of approximately 20.76 acres located at 602 and 658 El Margarita Road in Yuba City, California, into 141 single-family residential lots. Led by the City of Yuba City and applied for by Westmark Partner, LP, the project incorporates General Plan Amendment 25-01 to re-designate roughly 4.18 to 4.21 acres from Office and Office Park to Medium Density Residential, and Rezoning 25-01 to unify the site under the Planned Development (PD21) Zone District.
