MCICOM Professional Services Support

The Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Headquarters is planning to award a multiple-award, firm fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to provide a broad range of professional programmatic support services. These non-personal services will support key directorates at MCICOM Headquarters in Arlington, VA, as well as regional commands at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Camp Pendleton, and Camp Butler in Okinawa, Japan. The contract will cover areas such as logistics program support, IT program support, operations, planning, government and external affairs, facilities management, and enterprise content management. The contract has a five-year ordering period and will be awarded under FAR Parts 12 and 15, with a portion of the procurement set aside for small businesses in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502-4. The acquisition falls under the NAICS code 541611, which covers administrative and general management consulting services, with a size standard of $24.5 million. The solicitation will be released through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website around late November 2023, with registration in the System for Award Management required for prospective contractors. MCICOM is the authority responsible for coordinating and overseeing Marine Corps installation support, ensuring resources and policies optimize support to the Fleet Marine Forces, tenant commands, and Marines’ families.
