This project grants a utility easement to Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) for the installation and operation of underground electric service conduits across Pismo State Beach property. The easement will support permanent utility service to several critical Department facilities, including CDPR employee housing, a wastewater lift station, and recently installed electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. The easement area consists of approximately 1,622 square feet, located entirely within State Park boundaries on previously disturbed ground.
