The National Park Service contemplates issuing a sole source contract to Loomis Fargo & Company to provide amored vehicle services for the transportation of daily deposits of fee revenues from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park to First Hawaiian Bank, Main Branch, Hilo, Hawaii. Armored transporting services will be daily, Monday - Friday with the exception of National Holidays. The period of performance will be one base year and one option year. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested firms or persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. All quotes received within 5 days after date of publication of this announcement will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
