The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23), on behalf of The US Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care System of Minneapolis, MN, hereinafter referred to as MVAHCS located at One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417, contemplates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) in order to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for provision of Ground Ambulance & Litter/Gurney Transport Services. The performance period will be from time of contract award through end of the 1-year base period, currently estimated to be 4/1/2021 3/31/2022. There will also be a potential 4 Option Years offered for this contract. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 13 and 13.5, and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR). The tentative issue date for any actual solicitation will follow on/about January 7, 2021. The date is not firm and may change due to events out of our control.
